Good Shepherd Animal Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our clinic, led by Dr. Julia Skains, specializes in providing care for cats and dogs.
Job Responsibilities- Perform anesthesia monitoring during surgical procedures
- Utilize your skills as a Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician
- Conduct dental prophylaxis and preventive care for our animal patients
- Be Fear Free Certified to ensure the comfort of our patients
- Assist with catheterization, anesthesia, ultrasound, venipuncture, and surgery
- Administer medications and perform lab work, x-rays, and vital sign monitoring
- Handle wellness exams, medical records, diagnostics, and scheduling appointments
- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
$28,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
