Position DetailsExternship program for 1st–4th year veterinary students to gain hands-on experience and mentorship, helping you become practice ready by your first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long. Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed. Length of externship is flexible, and we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
Requirements / Qualifications- Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School
- Must be able to provide student PLIT
