We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing – Cardiovascular to lead a high-performing cardiovascular nursing team in Albuquerque, NM
.
This leadership role is responsible for clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of the cardiovascular unit while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, team engagement, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do- Lead and mentor nurse managers and clinical staff
- Drive improvements in patient outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
- Oversee department operations, staffing, budgeting, and performance outcomes
- BSN required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Active RN license or eligibility in New Mexico
- 3–5+ years of clinical nursing experience
, including leadership experience - Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- BLS certification (required within 14 days of hire)
- Relocation assistance available
