Seeking a dependable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing facility.
- Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays, hours discussed at interview. - Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring resident safety and care quality, acting as the clinical decision-maker, monitoring resident status, managing medications, addressing staffing needs, and ensuring compliance and documentation.
- Qualifications:
NM RN license, supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, experience in long-term care is a plus. - Benefits include competitive pay ($35-$45/hr), weekend pay differential, supportive team, stable schedule, and impactful community work.
- Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week, in person role.
