REGISTERED NURSE (RN) FT NIGHTS W/$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS*

AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque invites a dedicated registered nurse to join our full‑time night shift team, offering a $15,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates. This role supports the hospital’s long‑term acute care mission, providing innovative, individualized care for patients with complex medical needs.

$15,000 sign‑on bonus (or tuition reimbursement) as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a minimum 2‑year commitment.

• Communicate patient status, diagnostic results, and symptomatology to physicians, CCO, and co‑workers.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
• Perform general nursing duties across all departments under appropriate supervision.
• Manage respiratory failure cases requiring ventilation, vapor therapy, high‑flow, BiPAP, CPAP, and nasal cannula.
• Provide sedation, pain management, pressor management, and cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic care as needed.
• Treat complicated infections with long‑term IV antibiotics.
• Care for chronic non‑healing wounds, including wound vacs and dressing changes.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long‑term acute care setting.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in New Mexico.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
