• Provide direct patient care in a long‑term acute care setting, including ICU/step‑down care.
• Communicate with physicians, co‑workers, and families about changes in clinical condition and diagnostic results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments under appropriate supervision.
• Manage complex conditions such as respiratory failure (ventilation, high‑flow, BiPAP, CPAP, nasal cannula), sedation/pain and pressor management, cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management.
• Treat complicated infections requiring long‑term IV antibiotics and chronic non‑healing wounds with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure for the State of New Mexico.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
