PositionNP/PA Cardio‑thoracic Surgery (Permanent)
OverviewWe are seeking an NP/PA for Cardio‑thoracic Surgery in New Mexico. The role requires prior CT or thoracic surgery experience and involves a full‑scope clinical practice across the clinic, ICU, OR with EVH, and on‑call duties.
Responsibilities- Provide direct surgical assistance in the clinic, ICU, and OR.
- Manage peri‑operative care and follow‑up for cardiac and thoracic patients.
- Participate in on‑call shifts, maintaining a 1:5 ratio.
- Certified NP or PA.
- Prior experience in CT or thoracic surgery.
- Willingness to learn or develop vein‑harvesting expertise if not already performed.
Competitive base compensation up to $230K, depending on experience.
