We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.
Key Responsibilities Include- Providing supervision to nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs)
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring resident safety and care quality
- Making clinical decisions and communicating with healthcare providers
- Supporting medication management, documentation, and infection control
- Addressing staffing and operational issues in real-time
- Participating in incident follow-up and promoting teamwork
- Current RN license in NM
- Experience in long-term care and supervisory roles preferred
- Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
- Competitive weekend pay differential
- Supportive leadership and stable schedule
- Part-time, approximately 24 hours/week, earning $35-$45/hour
