Base Pay Range: $23.11/hr – $39.36/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Work Shift:
12 Hour Days (United States of America).
- Adheres to the LPN scope of practice by contributing to the assessment of the health status of individuals, families, and communities.
- Delivers direct patient care, including administering treatments as prescribed, assisting nurses and physicians with various procedures, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses.
- Administers prescribed medications, including medications given through established parenteral/intravenous infusions as prescribed by physician or standard protocols, and documents according to policy.
- Documents and reports patient condition, care delivery, and post-procedure follow up. Assesses changes in patient status and reports to nurse and physician as needed.
- Incorporates nursing activities that create a compassionate, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff with the aim of promoting comfort and healing.
- Applies Exceptional Patient Experience principles and incorporates them into care interactions.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Practical Nursing Formal Education approved by the NM Board of Nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse‑NM
- BLS required
- PDS IV Certification course (within orientation period)
- Basic Cardiac Arrhythmias (BCA) for areas where cardiac telemetry monitoring is used (prior to ACLS)
- ACLS (within 6 months of being hired) for areas where required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Licensed Practical Nurse‑NM
- Current BLS required
