This is a high‑impact, onsite leadership role supporting both patient care and strategic initiatives within Surgical Services.
What You’ll Lead- Oversight of all perioperative services, patient safety, and quality initiatives
- Strategic planning, operational leadership, and fiscal management
- Collaboration with medical staff and hospital leadership to optimize resources and outcomes
- Staff development, education, and competency support
- Direct patient care as needed — staying connected to the work that matters most
- RN with NM or multistate license
- 5+ years progressive perioperative nursing experience
- 3+ years nursing leadership preferred
- A leader who thrives in a collaborative, patient‑centered, community‑focused environment
