Qualifications:

• Valid LVN/LPN license with at least one year of experience (must be in good standing).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (must provide valid work authorization).
• No felony convictions.
• TB test results.
• CPR certification.
• Competitive pay: $32 - 43 per hour.
• Work as an W2 with flexible scheduling.
• Access to a wide range of per diem jobs and short-term assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of the client facility.
• Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and managing patient charts.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and monitor patient conditions.
• Work in various healthcare settings, including SNFs, ALFs, Memory Care Units, and rehabilitation centers.
• Document and submit all required paperwork.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
