Albuquerque Heights Healthcare and Rehab seeks Full Time RNs on Day and Night Shifts. At Genesis Healthcare, we are dedicated to improving the lives we touch through high-quality care and exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
- Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions as needs arise.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
