Location: Farmington, New Mexico

Open to candidates willing to relocate and offer tax-free travel stipends

Hourly Pay Rate: $40 and up (Rate is based on experience level and school budget)

Schedule: Full-time | Up to 40 hours per week

Setting: Onsite (travel and relocation package available)

• Act as Lead Nurse
• Oversee Health Aides on Campus
• Provide first aid and basic health care for students and staff
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed
• Support students with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, epilepsy)
• Document health office visits, medication logs, and immunization records
• Assist with student health screenings and IEP/504 plan support
• Respond to health emergencies calmly and effectively
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals

• RN will support 2–3 schools

• Travel required between schools
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance

• Bilingual in English and Navajo (Diné)
• Experience with IEPs and individualized student care plans
• Knowledge of school health regulations and FERPA
• Weekly direct deposit (W-2)
