Compassionate on‑call RNs & LPNs to join our Skilled Nursing team.

• Full time AM (6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• PRN NOC (Night shift)
• PRN AM (Day shift)

LPN: $30.00 – $39.36 / hr DOE; RN: $40.00 – $52.48 / hr DOE
Shift differential: $1.75 for NOC shift

• Current licensure in good standing as a LPN or RN in the applicable State
• Compassion and desire to work with older adults
• Physical ability to perform job tasks: standing, walking, use of hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Pass criminal background check and meet health requirements, including TB test
