As a LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians’ orders.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Reliable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
