Surgical Nurse (OR) – $10,000 sign-on bonus

About the Gig:
Are you calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready to literally hold someone’s hand through surgery? We’re looking for an awesome OR Nurse who thrives in the surgical spotlight. You’ll team up with surgeons, scrub techs, and fellow RNs to ensure every patient receives high-quality, safe care.

• Providing safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages
• Documenting accurately, efficiently, and legally
• Administering IV and oral medications
• Educating patients and families to empower informed decisions
• Maintaining a safe, sterile OR environment and supporting circulation duties
• Precepting and mentoring new teammates
• Assisting with surgical procedures, prepping, and obtaining consents
• Stepping in as charge nurse when needed

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current RN license (New Mexico or compact state)
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire

• Bachelor’s in Nursing
• Specialty certification in perioperative nursing

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Exposure to chemicals and biohazards with PPE provided
