The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN supports patients by monitoring their health, administering medications, and assisting with treatment plans to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Assist physicians and RNs with procedures and care coordination
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies

• Active New Mexico LPN license (or compact equivalent)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience (acute or long‑term care)
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
