• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related clinical setting
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a safe, comfortable environment
• Respond promptly to urgent care needs and adhere to facility protocols and best practices
