Presbyterian is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse
- Progressive Care Nurse (RN)

Presbyterian’s Progressive Care Units (PCU) provide high acuity care to a diverse patient population. Admitted patients experience a wide variety of acute or chronic medical conditions including, but not limited to sepsis, pulmonary diagnoses, diabetes, heart failure, electrolyte imbalances, etc. Working on a PCU offers a fulfilling career path for nurses who enjoy a fast-paced environment, thrive on continuous learning, and are passionate about providing high-level care to patients on their journey to recovery.

Under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care

• 1 Year Bedside Nursing
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
