Overview
Position: LPN / LVN
Type: Contract
Length: 9 weeks
Pay: $30 hourly
Location: Belen NM
Shift: 6p - 6:30a Sun/Mon/Tues
Experience: Min 1 year experience
License: Must Be Currently Active

Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Contribute to a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Support team in achieving healthcare targets and goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Utilize healthcare technology and tools effectively.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment with high visibility of work activity.
- Ability to accurately document patient information and maintain medical records.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards compliance.
