Job Description- Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken and patient responses.
- Coordinates patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team.
- Performs assessments as per unit standards and documents on appropriate database/assessment flow sheet.
- Initiates, utilizes and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care.
- Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician, or standard protocols and documents according to policy.
- Performs other functions as required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) – State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required.
- Associate degree in nursing.
- BLS Certification required at time of hire.
- Preference for nursing experience in infusion.

- Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications and various lead roles (eligible positions).

Minimum offer: $37.80/hr;
Maximum offer for this position up to $51.00/hr.
Sign‑on and relocation bonuses available for qualified candidates.
