Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN for night shifts requiring at least one year of experience and a NM or compact RN license.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit
- Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 18:30 to 07:00
- Float required to similar or assisting other units as needed
- Every other weekend coverage required
- First time travelers are welcome to apply
- Scrubs of any color allowed; no logos permitted
- No travel pairs or groups accepted
- No more than 3 days of requested time off will be automatically approved; no time off allowed during the first week of orientation
- Active NM or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
- BLS certification required
- Experience with EPIC charting preferred
- Locals must reside over 50 miles from the facility
- Former permanent staff must be gone at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
