We are seeking an exceptional RN Unit Manager to join our team at Manzano by Pure Health, a premier healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and personal attention. As a critical member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and ensuring seamless operations on our unit.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Patient Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
  • Operations: Manage unit resources, streamline processes, and optimize workflows to promote efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
