Build authentic relationships, tell compelling mission-driven stories, and inspire philanthropy at Bosque School. The Major Gifts Officer cultivates, solicits, and stewards leadership-level donors; serves as a frontline ambassador; collaborates campus-wide; aligns donor passions with strategic priorities; and advances fundraising rooted in equity, community, and care.
Additional Areas of ResponsibilityManage a leadership-giving portfolio; develop and execute donor strategies from discovery through stewardship; identify and solicit $2,000+ gifts; partner with school leaders on storytelling and engagement; collaborate campus-wide; plan donor experiences and events; maintain data, reporting, and prospect research; represent Bosque with professionalism and equity.
Other Information/RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; CFRE preferred. Three to five years’ experience in major gifts or relationship-based work. Proven success securing leadership gifts. Strong communication, organization, and database skills. Collaborative, flexible, and mission-driven, with a deep commitment to Bosque School’s values, equity, and student-centered education.
