Join Clariant and be part of a dynamic production team where you will safely operate packet production machinery to deliver high-quality products that meet strict specifications. In this role, you will contribute to operational excellence by maintaining efficiency standards, following company quality and safety guidelines, and supporting a clean, organized, and high-performing manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Operate packet production machinery with or without reel winding options
- Load paper onto production machines using various mechanical means
- Produce packet product that conforms to all quality specifications
- Accurately update and complete all production forms as required
- Maintain good standing with regards to NCR’s (no more than 1 critical, 3 major, minors within any 6 month period)
- Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and palletization of products at the time of production
- Perform area housekeeping duties and organizing work areas
- Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented ESHA programs
- Enter a minimum of 2 safety deviations per quarter
- Follow all company safety rules
- High School diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must be fluent in English and have basic mathematics skills
- Prior manufacturing experience (preferred)
