Production Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to assist our printing press operator in running automated machines that print on bags and pouches. This role is physically demanding, with a requirement to lift between 40-50 pounds. You will collaborate closely with the press operator to load materials such as rolls of material and ink, and handle loading and unloading tasks. During downtime, maintaining a clean work area is essential, as is the ability to learn how to move materials around the plant.

• Assist printing press operator with running automated machines.
• Load materials into machines, including rolls of material and ink.
• Unload finished products and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Learn material movement and mounting processes within the plant.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

This position is located in Albuquerque, NM, and operates on a 1st shift from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role requires flexibility to work extra hours as needed. The shift includes two 15-minute breaks, within a 7.5-hour workday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $15.25/hr.
