Flix Brewhouse is the first-ever cinema brewery in America, blending the love of film with the joy of craft beer and delicious food.
As Head Brewer, you will create exceptional experiences for guests by brewing our core line of award‑winning craft beers, contributing to seasonal offerings, maintaining quality standards, meeting production goals, maintaining a monthly inventory, developing new recipes, and communicating new offerings to the team.
Qualifications:
- A certified Cicerone Beer Server with at least three years of brewery experience.
- Strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, and general understanding of fluid dynamics and mechanical inclination.
- Self‑motivated, positive, passionate, able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on feet for extended periods.
- Preference for candidates with accredited MBAA course graduation.
