Get to Know Your Team:
- Lovelace Women’s Hospital has 120 licensed beds, including a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
- Directs and administers strategic, operational, fiscal, and personnel activities of the Case Management department to ensure procedures adhere to standards of various accrediting and regulatory agencies.
- Prepares and manages budgets, manages/supervises staff, and ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.
- Manages and oversees plan of care for patients. Serves as a liaison and provides support.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, business, or related field of study;
Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for one another in accordance with policy. - Five (5) years of case management experience, of which three (3) years must have been in a management capacity.
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire) or current Case Management Certificate/Fellowship Status; employee will be required to maintain license and requisite CEUs.
Preferred

- Master’s Degree.
