Job PurposeThe Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch. Managers will focus on leading team members, managing the branch P&L, driving new loan growth, managing the current loan portfolio, marketing, maintaining current business partnerships, and developing new strategic business partners. The Branch Manager will perform in accordance with RMC’s Mission, Vision, and Shared Values.

- Pays an average of $72,000, which can vary by location and cost of living.

- Exercises independent judgment in decisions affecting employees and branch operations within company policy and District Supervisor oversight.
- Subject matter expert on personal loan products to present loan solutions to current and potential customers.
- Creates and maintains branch solvency by controlling assets, proper credit extension, and follow‑up with past‑due customers.
- Establishes and builds customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Assigns duties to employees and examines work for accuracy, neatness, timeliness and efficiency through training and adjustments.
- Trains and develops employees on branch operations, company policies, procedures, and laws governing consumer finance.
- Works with Recruiting and District Supervisors to address branch staffing needs.
- Cultivates new relationships with local retail businesses and partners with Account Managers to maintain strong relationships, handle complaints, and train business partners.
- Oversees branch duties: approving and closing loans, developing resolution plans for past‑due customers, delegating collection activity, processing insurance claims, sending collection material, accepting and posting payments, reviewing loan documentation, answering telephone calls, completing month‑end reporting, approving branch expenses, signing checks, approving supply requisitions, verifying cash, and other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2 years of management experience or completion of a required Management Trainee program.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
- Must pass drug screening, criminal, and credit background checks.
- 1+ years of Consumer Finance experience.
- College degree a plus.

This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Driving may be required in a personal vehicle. The Branch Manager typically works more than 40 hours per week, Monday‑through‑Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime. This role is exempt from federal wage‑hour law and is not eligible for overtime pay.
