• Competitive compensation: 1st‑year annual pay of $50,000‑$53,000, with an average 46‑hour work week; potential for promotion and pay growth within the first 12 months.

As a Manager in Training (MT), you will start learning our business from day one while working at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert, eventually running your own branch and developing your team. In a hands‑on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will engage with the community to build essential relationships.

You will learn excellence in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting our customers first.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past three years, and no drug or alcohol‑related convictions within the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must currently live in the Albuquerque, NM area, or be willing to relocate within 30 days.
• Must have at least six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
