General Manager 2645 (Einstein Bros Bagels)

Join Einstein Bros Bagels to manage a store that opens at 4 am and closes at 2 pm, ensuring excellent customer experience and operational excellence.

• Open and close the store, manage daily bake and inventory.
• Oversee the store’s audit readiness, catering and mobile orders.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and generate positive survey results.
• Float across all positions during rushes, manage break schedules.
• Process daily deposits and financial reconciliation.
• Supervise the team, provide training, develop internal talent, and recruit quality team members.
• Analyze P&L, apply food‑cost and labor plan to achieve targets.
• Complete administrative tasks before opening and after closing.

• Minimum 18 years old (required).
• 1–3 years general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands‑on operator who can motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience with P&L analysis and proven strategies to achieve food‑cost and labor targets.
• Strong recruiting and coaching skills.
• Ability to work 6 am–2 pm shift, including overnight pre‑shift preparation.
