Overview

As a Custodian at La Vida Llena, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support the setup and take down of gathering spaces. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day!

Job Type: Full‑Time (Wed – Sunday 2 pm to 10:30 pm)

Pay: $15.00 – $18.28 per hour DOE

• We pay 90% of your medical premiums – PPO or HDHP/HSA plans available
• Dental and vision insurance also available
• 10k of life/AD&D insurance, 100% paid by us!

• 160 hours of PTO annually PLUS 7 paid holidays

We’re a 365/24/7 business – so we’re looking for someone with availability. You will independently work on ongoing projects and handle resident requests. Money isn’t everything, but we know it matters!

Although some knowledge and experience in housekeeping and/or custodial services is preferred, we provide the training you’ll need!
