Salary $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are a rapidly growing business law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area with offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We are currently in search of a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team with proven experience in business law.

As an attorney on our team, we are looking for candidates with the following experience:

• JD Degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to New Mexico Bar
• 10+ years of litigation experience
• 2+ years of experience within business law

Required practice experience (either of the bullets below is acceptable; a combination is even better):

• Experience with Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate
• Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents)

• Competitive base salary + lucrative bonus plan
