* Family and/or Criminal Defense Attorney

This role is ideal for an attorney who is ready to step into the courtroom, take ownership of cases, and advocate relentlessly for the people we serve. You’ll handle
* real cases, real clients, and real courtroom work*, supported by a team that values integrity, professionalism, and collaboration.

What We Offer:

* * Competitive annual salary based on experience
* * *$65,000–$75,000
* for developing attorneys

* * Up to $150,000
* for highly experienced attorneys

What We’re Looking For:

* Active
* New Mexico Bar license
* * Experience in
* family law and/or criminal defense preferred
* * Strong litigation and negotiation skills
