Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Established Full-Service Law Firm
Location:
Albuquerque, NM (In-Office, M-F)
Compensation: $115,000 - $155,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits
Responsibilities- Commercial Real Estate:
Lead acquisitions and dispositions, conduct title and survey reviews, and manage the closing process for retail, industrial, and multi-family projects. - Land Use & Zoning:
Navigate complex municipal regulations, easements, and development agreements specific to Bernalillo County and the surrounding areas. - Commercial Leasing:
Structure and negotiate complex commercial leases for both landlords and tenants. - Business Transactions:
Advise on entity formation, corporate governance, and the purchase or sale of business assets. - Client Advisory:
Serve as a trusted advisor to developers, investors, and business owners, offering practical legal solutions to complex commercial challenges.
- Experience:
5+ years of dedicated transactional real estate or corporate law experience. - Licensure:
Active member of the New Mexico State Bar in good standing. - Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Albuquerque metropolitan real estate market and New Mexico-specific property statutes. - Work Style:
This is a full-time, in-office role (M-F). Culture built on mentorship and team synergy.
- Base Salary: $115,000 - $155,000 (DOE).
