We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Product Intern, you will play a key role in supporting product development by focusing on integrations and collaborating on AI-driven features using Large Language Models (LLMs). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, work with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to innovative solutions.

Integrations :
Design, coordinate, and implement integrations between our products and third-party platforms, APIs, or tools to enhance functionality and user experience.

AI-Driven Capabilities :
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to incorporate Large Language Models (LLMs) into our products, enabling AI-driven features such as natural language processing, automation, or personalized user experiences.

Requirements Gathering :
Work with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of integration projects and AI feature development.

Testing and Validation :
Assist in testing integrations and AI-driven features to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.

Documentation :
Create and maintain clear documentation for integration processes, API specifications, and AI feature workflows.

Market Research :
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in AI and integrations to inform product decisions.

Project Support :
Assist in managing timelines, tracking progress, and resolving blockers for integration and AI-related projects.

Education :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Analytical Mindset :
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable steps.

Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactivity :
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player :
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project needs.

Bonus :
Prior experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) or exposure to AI/ML projects.
