Senior Consultant, Readiness

• Lead and manage multiple new product and sustaining release projects using project management methodologies
• Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans that align with business objectives and customer expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive readiness activities and processes
• Create and deliver presentations to communicate project status, recommendations, and impacts to stakeholders
• Monitor key measures to ensure project success and prepare project status reports

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; will consider experience in lieu
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading product strategy
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

• Seven or more years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Previous readiness experience highly desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional project management
• Familiarity with SaaS/IaaS product release and/or cloud services like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
