Service Designer - long-term contract - flexible location

We are looking for a Service Designer who can co-create, synthesize and communicate information across our client's organizational structures and elevate the platform's service experience within a low-code platform.

The Design team is distributed across units and disciplines, including user experience research, service design, brand and product design. The team explores new ways to be creative and adopt new technologies.

• Run co-creation workshops with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, developers, product designers, and UX researchers.
• Help teams navigate complex topics through workshops for concept exploration, ideation, hypothetical journey maps.
• Support and enable team members to run sessions with the right approach.
• Identify and propose opportunities for collaboration to overcome siloes.
• Maintain an overview of products in the unit and connect journeys, personas and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with UX writer and UX researcher to improve information architecture of the Developer Portal.
• Create alignment diagrams and visualizations to map processes, components and touchpoints.
• Improve the Process Blueprint from input gathering to evaluation.

• 5+ years of professional experience in a design consultancy or equivalent
• Proven track record of shipped services and products
• Experience with complex digital/enterprise products and tech ecosystems
• Deep expertise in human-centered design and service design
• Ability to visualize service experience through diagrams
• Strong communication skills across visual artifacts and in-person discussions
• Active listening and constructive questioning to clarify points of tension
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent graphic design and typographic skills are a plus
