As a Service Center Technician III, you will provide professional service center/call center support to DOI/IA users, logging all incidents in the ticketing system, and resolving IT issues to minimize escalation.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via phone and ticketing system.
- Assist with incident determination and resolution for Microsoft Windows, hardware, and software issues.
- Proactively reduce ticket escalations by adapting to new trends and support requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Background check clearance
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
