Talent Manager, Employee Relations
The primary responsibilities of the Benefits Specialist is managing the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 403(b) plan, in addition to providing daily assistance to the Associate Director of Human Resources.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manages benefits administration by ensuring HRIS accuracy, processing enrollments, life events, leaves, and disability requests; supporting new hires, open enrollment, and employee inquiries; coordinating with vendors; maintaining confidentiality; administering recognition programs; and traveling to First Nations offices as needed.
