Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer in everyday language.
- Work a virtual, customer‑facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions accurately.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and a PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfortable using video/audio tools.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate a complex tax environment.
- Willingness to obtain an Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
