Sr. Enterprise Analyst – Workday Compensation Systems
Join AV to apply for the Sr. Enterprise Analyst – Workday Compensation Systems role. This position supports Compensation, Talent & Performance for Workday Systems, managing and optimizing Workday compensation processes and the Advanced Compensation System, as well as the Talent & Performance modules. The role collaborates with HR Ops, Compensation, Performance, Benefits and IT teams.
Position Responsibilities- Partner with business units, ensuring every decision is viewed from the customer perspective; collaborate to reimagine best processes using people, process, data and technology.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert, attending meetings, documenting workflows, and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Develop business requirements, conduct data analysis, establish a three‑year road‑map and perform gap analysis for digitalization and automation.
- Configure and manage the Workday Talent and Performance module: performance reviews, talent reviews, calibration, career development plans, succession planning.
- Launch annual merit, bonus and mid‑year performance review cycles; write requirements for data extraction and trend analysis.
- Work with HRIS analysts and functional HR teams to maintain data integrity and align talent processes with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with peers and project managers to balance BU and enterprise optimization, manage post‑implementation enhancement requests, and align technology projects with business strategy.
- Provide escalation management, anticipate bottlenecks and execute system enhancements and customizations.
- Supplementary duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 12–15 years of business requirement/analysis experience with multiple SaaS and Cloud Systems.
- In‑depth knowledge of Workday HRIS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, etc.) and hands‑on experience with Workday Compensation and Talent & Performance modules.
- Proven experience implementing and managing Workday’s Core and Advanced Compensation work streams.
- Experience launching annual merit, bonus, and mid‑year performance review cycles.
- Proficiency with Workday Report Writer and advanced reporting techniques.
- Understanding of HRIS security concepts and data privacy best practices.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, negotiation, influencing).
- Ability to work in a multi‑project environment and support multiple internal customers.
- Extensive experience conducting business requirement workshops.
- Strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Project management skills: pipelines, demand generation, deadlines, prioritization.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving techniques.
- Ability to influence others and break down silos.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative.
- Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
- Work in an office environment; sit and stand for long periods; use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status.
- Occasional travel within the Continental U.S.

Salary Range$136,807 – $194,040
ITAR RequirementThis position requires access to information subject to ITAR/EAR. Applicants must qualify as U.S. persons under ITAR/EAR or be approved for an export license by the governing agency.
