Your day-to-day includes overseeing front desk operations to ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs, guiding and supporting the guest service team, and leading by example in delivering exceptional service. You will handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and respect. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance the guest experience and coordinate special requests, creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience
• Caring, compassionate, and respectful demeanor
• Proficiency with hospitality software and tools (training provided)
• Ability to handle the physical aspects of the position (standing for long periods, lifting luggage when needed)
