Overview
The Director of Food amp;
Beverage leads all food and beverage operations for a mid-size casino, overseeing multiple outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, and casino service areas. This role is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Lead day-to-day operations for all Famp;
B outlets across the propertyManage Pamp;
L performance
, budgets, forecasting, and cost controlsRecruit, develop, and lead Famp;
B leadership teams and frontline managersEnsure consistent service standards, food quality, and guest experience
Partner with culinary and beverage leaders on menus, programming, and promotions
Collaborate with marketing and casino leadership on events and revenue initiatives
Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, alcohol laws, health codes, and labor standards
7+ years of progressive Famp;
B leadership experience, preferably in a casino, resort, or high-volume entertainment venueProven success managing multi-outlet operations and large teams
Strong financial acumen with hands‑on Pamp;
L experienceExperience operating in a regulated environment preferred
Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Leadership role with influence over multiple concepts and teams
