We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Counter/Warehouse Associate to support our HVAC wholesale operations. This hybrid position plays a critical role in both customer‑facing sales support and back‑end warehouse logistics. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a customer‑first mindset, and experience with inventory and order processing systems.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Counter / Customer Service:
- Greet and assist walk‑in and callujemo customers in a professional, courteous manner.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing accurate product and technical information.
- Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process customer transactions including orders, quotes, returns, and special requests through POS or ERP system.
- Communicate availability, pricing, promotions, and delivery status with customers.
- Work with contractors, technicians, and internal team members to fulfill product needs.
Order Fulfillment / Inventory Handling:
- Accurately pick products for counter, phone, and online sales orders using a barcoded inventory system
