Hospice Clinical Director (RN) — Albuquerque, NM
Albuquerque, NM | W2 Direct Hire
A respected home health & hospice organization is seeking a Hospice Clinical Director to lead a growing program in Albuquerque.
This is a low-census (20 patients), high-impact leadership role — ideal for a hospice RN leader who values quality, team support, and ethical growth over volume.
Highlights- Salary: $90K–$110K (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus considered
- Established program with room to grow
- Strong leadership support and autonomy
- Patient-centered, compliant hospice care
- Active RN (NM or eligible)
- Hospice clinical experience
- At least 1 year in a hospice leadership role
- Note:
Assistant Clinical Director or Clinical Director - Strong judgment, communication, and team leadership skills
