You'll manage operations, support surgical excellence, and drive innovation across a department performing 600+ surgical cases monthly.

Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (candidates must be enrolled in a BSN program if not already completed)
Current RN license valid in New Mexico or acceptable by the State Board of Nursing
BLS certification (required within 14 days of hire)
Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience
, with at least two to three years in a management capacityStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage complex, fast-paced surgical services with a focus on safety and performance
Masters degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
Certification in a clinical specialty or nursing administration
Prior experience running a robotics program in a high-acuity OR setting
The ideal candidate brings five or more years of leadership experience in the operating room
, with proven success managing robot-assisted surgical programs and supporting 600+ annual surgical cases
