Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Permanent Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity to utilize behavioral health expertise in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will help employees manage stress, improve mental health, and achieve peak performance. This role requires understanding the pressures of the finance industry and the ability to provide targeted, effective interventions.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help employees manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement behavioral health programs tailored to the needs of employees in the finance industry.
• Collaborate with HR and management to create a supportive, mentally healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify employees in distress and provide appropriate support.
• Educate employees and management about mental health, stress management, and self-care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in behavioral health to ensure programs are evidence-based and effective.
• Ensure programs and interventions comply with relevant laws and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current state license to practice as a Behavioral Health Clinician.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in a role related to behavioral health.
• Experience working with individuals in high-stress environments, preferably in the finance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the mental health challenges faced by finance professionals.
• Ability to develop and implement effective, evidence-based interventions.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the workplace.
