Respiratory Therapy Clinical Director - Las Vegas, NV

We're seeking a Respiratory Therapy Clinical Director to oversee our Las Vegas campus and shape the future of respiratory care education. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations and quality of the clinical portion of the Respiratory Therapy program.
  • Manage, train, and evaluate clinical instructors to ensure educational excellence.
  • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate clinical assignments and student progression.
  • Secure, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clinical affiliate sites across the Las Vegas area.
  • Ensure the program remains in full compliance with all CoARC, state, and institutional standards.
  • Provide direct instruction and mentorship to students in clinical and/or classroom settings.

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and a current Nevada state license (or eligibility).
  • Baccalaureate degree or higher from a regionally or nationally accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE).
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience as an RRT, with at least two (2) years in clinical respiratory care.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an instructor in a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program.
