Base pay range

$57,750.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr

At Southwest Family Guidance Center, we don't just talk about mental health, we live it, breathe it, and infuse it with heart, joy, and authenticity. We're on the lookout for a vibrant, compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team of changemakers in Albuquerque.

What You'll Be Doing-

You'll work closely with young children (0 –
5) and their caregivers to support healing, attachment, and emotional growth through Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Think snuggly blankets, safe spaces, laughter, reflection, and real talk all in the name of breaking generational trauma and helping families thrive.

You'll also-

You're Our Kind of Therapist If You-

• Are Licensed in NM (LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCSE, etc.)
• Are newly minted or seasoned and still full of heart
• Love child development, family systems, and real human connection
• Come from a background in mental health, OT, PT, or anything hands-on & healing
• Want to grow professionally without losing your sparkle
• Are CPP-Rostered (or eager to be – training support included!)
